Dee Pinnington MBACP (Accred.), UKRCP

Can I help you unlock the door to your problems?

Are you finding life difficult?

Do you wonder where to turn to?

Does it all seem too much at times?

If the answer to these questions is yes then help is only a phone call away.

Why counselling?

People enter counselling for a variety of reasons:

•  Stress

•  Conflict

•  Bereavement

•  Depression

•  Loss of confidence

•  Health reasons

•  Sexual Trauma

• Relationships

• Debt issues

• Anxiety

• Low self-esteem

• Self-harm

• Work pressures

Counselling can help you come to terms with these and other issues and Counsellors can help in the understanding of individual situations, reviewing the options and deciding upon actions.

Counsellors not only help people make important changes to their lives but enable them to live more comfortably with situations that cannot easily be changed.

What's it all about?

Person Centred counselling provides clients with the optimum service and results. It's major characteristics are:

•  Confidentiality

•  Non-judgemental

•  Self-exploration

•  Empathic

•  Safe

By using my services you will receive the following:

•  Counselling from a MBACP registered Practitioner

•  Exploration of your issues whilst being fully supported in a safe, comfortable environment

•  The opportunity to work at your own pace

•  Competitive rates

How will it work?

Counselling is a partnership. It will be a private arrangement between the client and myself. The relationship will begin immediately you make contact. I will discover what is important to you and what you would like to achieve. Once we agree on what issues exist we will explore the situation together and endeavour to find ways to address your issues.

Why suffer in silence when help is close at hand?

I am available to see clients in Wrexham.

About me

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and as such I am bound by their code of ethics, and confidentiality is of the utmost importance. "I have no doubt of the benefits that counselling can bring to the lives of so many people who have a voice and wish to be heard".

I practise integratively and as such can draw on different theories to enable clients to live happier lives, develop coping strategies and to make positive changes. I feel counselling is becoming increasingly acceptable in modern society and indeed it is my belief that everyone can benefit from speaking to a qualified counsellor.

Counsellors not only help people make important changes to their lives but enable them to live more comfortably with situations that cannot easily be changed.
